The Society was set up in 2002 with aims to promote Mentoring, develop ethical Mentoring practices and the Mentoring profession in Malta.
The members come from various businesses, commercial and professional sector and provide formal or informal mentoring to those who seek their services. The Society is a non-profit making, autonomous and independent body and it benefits from close working relationship with various entities, which pertain or are responsible for Employment, Education, Industry and Commerce. During the past two years it has/and is participating in several EU Leonardo, EQUAL and ESF Projects
Associate Members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
